The fleet of sea container transportations of company CMA CGM has replenished with a new vessel for transportation of containers.

The fleet of sea container transportations of French navigable company CMA CGM has replenished with the new vessel Christophe Colomb, intended for transportation of containers and made on ship-building shipyards of South Korea.
Christophe Colomb, has capacity in a container equivalent 13300 TEU and length of the case of 365 meters. The new vessel of group CMA CGM, is one, from the largest vessels in all fleet of the company, and in the future will make transportation of container cargoes in the Asian and European region.
The senior vice-president of the Asian-European direction of group CMA CGM Nikola Sartini in the performance on an occasion of descent to water of the new container cargo ship has declared, that this new sea vessel, will be a strategic active of the company in case of restoration of a world turnover of goods of transportation of containers and charter rates.
The new container cargo ship left on November, 11th, 2009 the Chinese port Shanghai, in the first flight, and should arrive in the beginning of December to port Bremerhaven.
