Ilyichevskiy marine transport port and Ukrtranscontainer had denounced the Treaty of joint activities.

On 12 May this year in the building of the Economic Court of the city of Odessa was held the trial brought by the Prosecutor's Office of Odessa from Ilyichevsky sea transport port and the Ministry of transport and communications to "Ukrtranscontainer".

As previously was aware that the Office of Odessa oblast has own motion for joint activities between the two companies - "Ukrtranscontainer" and Ilyichevsk sea transport port, significant violations of the terms of the Treaty to private enterprise.

The Prosecutor believes in Odessa -"Ukrtranscontainer" under the Treaty of joint activities, allowing the following main violations:

• delayed contributed their part of the joint capital and not in the currency, which was recorded in the Treaty;
• denial of Poe offset port costs associated with the joint activities;
• funding their own expenditures through joint capital of two companies;
• the development of container terminal targets in Ilyichevsky port;
• seizure of port property "Ukrtranscontainer" had for its operation.

During the trial Prosecutor from a private company to issue the necessary documents, which would have helped to shed light on other significant breach concluded Treaty "Ukrtranscontainer" and its implementation. However, private enterprises do not comply with this requirement the Court and refused to grant the plaintiffs claimed Court required for investigation documents for the conduct of joint activities with the Ilyichevsk sea transport port.

Having studied the evidence and having heard the ship's process, the Court concluded that the statements provided Ilyichevsk STP and the Ministry of transport and communications on violations of joint treaty by private enterprise and recognized the contract terminated, as handed down the ship's decision.

The decision of the Economic Court of the Odessa area should come into legal force within the next 10 days after the conviction, if not challenged "Ukrtranscontainer" in the higher court. Although, not quite made the decision of the Economic Court and intends to appeal against the decision.
