The appeal court of Odessa the decision which has been given out by Economic court of Odessa, on a termination of the contract about joint activity of private enterprise "Ukrtranscontainer" (the operator of the container terminal) and Ilyichevsky port recognized on June, 26th, 2009 in force.

As has told the chairman of trade-union committee of Ilyichevsky sea trading port S.Bryzgalova, the contract on joint activity already now is subject to cancellation, even in spite of the fact that the private enterprise will want to make the cassation complaint to the decision of Economic court.

The container terminal, because of which all litigation was conducted, should be given now under jurisdiction of Ilyichevsky port. In Ilyichevsk to port consider, that rupture of joint actions cannot affect work of the container terminal, and all port as a whole as transfer of container cargoes from vessels actually passed in port territory. And in this connection the Ilyichevsky port gives guarantee certificates to all linear container carriers and the forwarding companies, working earlier with "Ukrtranscontainer" that will be and to make further an uninterrupted overload of container cargoes on the container terminal of port, and also to accept and give out the arrived cargoes on conditions of the previous contracts.
