News International container traffic from "Marine-Trans Ltd"

The Odessa sea trading port has made transfer of containers from the next large-capacity container cargo ship.

The Odessa sea trading port visited from June, 1 till June, 2nd one of the most large-capacity container vessels coming into ports of Ukraine - PUCON (length of a vessel of 304 m, width - 40 m, load-carrying capacity of 6,5 thousand TEU, displacement of 80 thousand tons), following under the flag of Liberia from international linear container carrier NORASIA. For the inquiry: in the end of May of current year the Odessa container terminal was visited by other vessel PALENA of the given container carrier, with similar specifications.

The vessel has been moored to a mooring №2 container terminals of operator "GPK-Ukraina" where transfer of container cargo has been made - unloaded from a vessel of 515 containers and 795 containers are shipped. 16 hours that has made intensity of an overload 81 container at an o'clock have been spent for all operations on transfer of containers by means of three port container loaders "Liebherr".
