New Order about operations with cargo being under the customs control.

As the LEAGUE-LAW informs, the State customs service of Ukraine has confirmed a new Order about operations with the goods which move on country territory, under the customs control. The structure of made operations with the goods includes the following operations made under the customs control:

• Full or partial loading of a vehicle for transportation of the goods to the addressee of cargo;
• Cargo overload, in connection with the objective reasons from a vehicle, transported cargo on other vehicle, or only replacement of automobile tractors;
• Manufacture of operations on elimination of infringements of packing of cargo or the goods, its packing, unpacking or repacking.

The given actions, it agree the Order, it is authorized to make in customs license warehouses, or warehouses of time storage of cargo, and also in the places strictly defined by the State customs service of Ukraine.

For reception of the permission to carrying out of complex operations to the authorized person behind the control of moving of cargo, it will be necessary to hand in the statement, made in any form, it agree which, the customs service in a current of days, are obliged to give out the consent to carrying out of necessary operations with cargo. On the statement also are applied accompanying documents on cargo, the document of the control over moving of cargo and documents which confirm powers of the person handing in the statement as persons of the cargo authorized by the proprietor.

All complex operations with cargo are spent under the strict control of customs service after which end, the official who is carrying out supervision from customs, should make corresponding record on an underside of the document on the control over cargo moving about the list of all operations made with given cargo.
