Container terminal Transinvestservis TIS of port Southern Odessa will begin an overload of containers in 2010.

As informs UNIAN, referring to the statement of the technologist of container terminal "Transinvestservis" (TIS) port Southern S.Gordienko's to Odessa area, «the terminal plans to finish completely building of the first turn calculated on transfer of containers in number of 0.43 million TEU year, by the end of the next 2010. At present, the condition of the established equipment and terminal territory is on the high technological level allowing already in the beginning of next year, to accept large-capacity vessels with containers, for their processing on the container terminal of company TIS».

He also has noticed, that termination dates of building of the second turn of the container terminal calculated on transfer of 2 million TEU year, will be known, when on the terminal will start to arrive container cargoes. For now, in Ukraine recession on sea container transportations proceeds, container terminal "Transinvestservis" will make shipment for export of the Ukrainian grain.
