Container terminal in Odessa "НPС-Ukraine" for March 2009 has transshipment only 13 thousand containers

In March of this year at the container terminal of the Odessa Sea transport port "НPС-Ukraine" has been processed 21 marine container ships. Transshipment containers when working for month 13 thousand. TEU that compared with the March 2008 decreased 3.3 times. Of these, number of transshipment containers were unloaded 5,920 TEU (74%), and 1st-7 000 TEU (-65,5%). Compared with February this year the turnover of the containers to 30.2 per cent.
All the same for the first quarter 2009 container terminal processed 72 container carrier (-44,6% of the same period last year). Transshipment containers per quarter to 2.35 times before 51000 TEU.
